3. Q: How to get a sample from you?
A. All samples will be free if the unit cost is under 10USD, but the freight should be on your side.
If a sample is sent by your express account like DHL, UPS, etc, we will send the sample to you directly (freight collect)
If a sample is sent by our express account like DHL, UPS, etc, you should pay the freight in advance (freight prepaid) Sample cost could be returned to you upon bulk order.
